I am a Licensed and Nationally Certified massage therapist based in St. Paul, MN. I am a dancer/performer and know how the body functions and breaks down. I am particularly practiced with sports related injuries and car related injuries. I specialize in deep tissue work and injury recovery, but also do relaxation work. I also practice shiatsu, reflexology, reiki, qi gong, cranial sacral therapy, and essential oils. I believe in finding balance for the body, and looking into the long term health of the body.
