I'm a true believer in the healing power of the human touch, which is just one of the reasons I decided to become a massage therapist. From loosening up the runner's tight hamstrings, to soothing the nurse's aching calves, to helping the stressed-out mom of triplets relax - I can honestly say I enjoy giving massage as much as receiving it!About my massage style: I prefer using all-natural products, I believe in the beneficial properties of aromatherapy and use it whenever possible, I like to spend a little extra time on the hands and feet, time permitting, and I value and appreciate all feedback - during and/or after a massage session.The Massage Mindset is changing (thank goodness) with the rising number of stress-induced illnesses.
