CONCIERGE SERVICE
Simply give us a call and we book you at a local spa or at your location. The number is 1-888-506-2772
Price for a concierge mobile massage is $94/hr. Spa concierge prices range from $45/hr. to $165/hr.
DO IT YOURSELF SERVICE
Just browse through the different providers on our website, and contact them directly. You can also send out a mass request through our Fast Book Technology. Prices range from $45/hr. to $165/hr.

PAYMENTS
As for payment for your appointment, you can pay by cash or credit card. If paying by credit card to a mobile provider, they never see your card number because we have it in our system.

How much are appointments ? |

Spas and Massage Facilities - Range from $45/hr to $165/hr depending on the spa.
Self Serve Mobile -
Range from $45/hr to $165/hr depending on the individual provider. Note that specialty massages are $10/hr ot $20/hr more than the provider's posted rate, and if the provider has to travel more than 25 miles to your location, there is an extra $15.00 fee.
Concierge Mobile -
$94/hr. - This is where Go Massage handles and confirms the appointment for you.

Do I have to pay to be a member? |

If you want to book a mobile massage at your location, we do need a credit card for screening purposes. However, there is no charge for a basic membership. There are small fees if you'd like to get anything beyond a basic membership.

How are you different than other massage directories? |

There are many differences, but here are a few key ones.
-With us, you don't have to call each provider individually and leave messages. You can click a button, and they will all be contacted at the same time so you get your appointment when you want it.
-We have a concierge service where we can book and confirm the appointment for you.
-We validate the provider's massage license information.
-We've been around since 2004 with a solid reputation for providing quality massages.
-All of our providers can accept credit cards.
-Our policies protect you against provider no shows or excessive lateness.

I submitted an appointment request, and I did not hear back from a provider. What do I do? |

In order to achieve the best results for your appointment request, you should select as many providers as possible. If you did that, and still did not get a response, please try again with alternate appoinment times. If that does not work, then try chainging the criteria in your search or simply call the providers directly. Go Massage cannot confirm the massage for you unless your a CONCIERGE client.

What exactly is a CONCIERGE client? |

A concierge client is when we confirm the appointment for you, and we, the Go Massage staff handle all of your needs. The cost of this is $94/hr.
We also have two VIP package - one for 10 hours and one for 20 hours. Here, you can buy the massage hours in bulk and get a flat rate. With this package, Go Massage confirms the appointment for you and does all the leg work. More information can be found HERE.

I can't change my email address in My Account. |

This is because your email address acts as your user ID. To change your email, simply email clientservices@gomassage.com. This can take up to 48 hours to process. Thanks again.

What if I have to reschedule my appointment? |
| |
The rescheduling of appointments is between the provider and the client. However, if the client does not give 12 hours notice prior to rescheduling, the provider does have the right (if he, she chooses) to charge the client for the full appointment.

What if I'm late or the provider is late? |
| |
CLIENTS: Clients have a 15 minute grace period for their massage. If he/she arrives at said location within 15 minutes of the appointment time, three will be no additional charges. Anything beyond 15 minutes will be taken off the time of the massage.
MASSAGE PROVIDERS: Mobile massage providers have a 30 minute grace period on their arrival time. If they are late beyond 30 minutes, massage providers must grant client 25% off his or her massage. This is something to be worked out with the massage providers individually. There is no lateness grace period for massage facilities. Massage facilities should work this out with the client individually.

What if I don't show up or the provider doesn't show up? |

CLIENT NO SHOW: If the massage provider shows up at the location, and the client is not there within 15 minutes of the
specified time, then the massage will not be performed, and the massage provider has the right to charge the
client in FULL.
MASSAGE PROVIDER NO SHOW: If the massage provider(s) does not show up at all (or beyond 45 minutes after the appointment
time), client does not have to accept the massage, and there is no payment required. If you, as a client,experience this, you should contact clientservices@gomassage.com for a possible $20.00 credit.

What if I'd like to cancel my appointment or the provider cancels my appointment? |

CLIENTS: Clients using Go Massage have a 12 hour per provider cancellation policy. That means if the client books 3 providers, he/she needs to give them each 12 hours notice for cancellation. If providers do not receive a notice, then the client can be charged the full amount of the appointment if the provider(s) reports the incident to Go Massage. If the client books the appointment from 12 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment, there is no cancellation, and he/she will be charged the full amount of the appointment if the provider reports the incident to Go Massage.
For Event Appointments (Spa Parties, Corporate Massage, etc.), Go Massage requires a 24 hour notice per provider for cancellation. Failure to give this notice will result in being charged the full amount of the appointment.
MASSAGE PROVIDERS: Massage Providers using Go Massage have a 12 hour cancellation policy (per massage provider). If you, as a client, do not recieve this notice, you should contact clientservices@gomassage.com for a possible $20.00 credit.

How much should I tip your providers? |

That's really your call, but the general rule of thumb is 20% if your session was satisfactory. (That's roughly $20.00 for a $95.00 massage.) But some clients have been known to tip as much as 50%. You may also leave the tip on the credit card if you wish.

Can I get a hot chick / hot guy to give me a massage? |
| |
C'mon, people. We all like the hotties, but a great massage has nothing to do with how someone looks. It's all about healing, relieving stress, increasing circulation, and taking you away from your life for a little while. You'll forget about what the person looks like anyway as soon as you close your eyes. In other words, we offer therapeutic non-sexual massage, and we choose our therapists based on their skills, not their looks. We simply cannot control how hot your therapist will be.

Do I have to take off all my clothes? |

It is totally up to you how much clothing you would like to wear, but our massage therapists are trained in draping, which involves folding and moving sheets and towels to expose only one body part at a time. The genitals and female breasts will always be draped and only one buttock will be revealed at time. We also have a massage flavor called THE CLOSER where you do not take off any clothes.

Will the provider be present when I disrobe? |

The massage provider will leave the room while you undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with a clean sheet or towel.

Does Go Massage accept health insurance claims? |

At the present time, we do not. The client must pay directly. This may change in the future.

If I'm not happy with my massage or my membership, can I get a refund? |
| |
Go Massage does not offer any refunds on memberships, however you can cancel at any time. Simply give us a call at 1-888-506-2772. You will only be charged until the end of your current billing period.
If you're unhappy with the massage you received from your provider, you should do one of the following.
1. If it was a concierge appt. booked through Go Massage, you should contact us, and we'll see what we can do.
2. If you used our Self Serve option and booked with the provider directly, you should contact the provider
and request that you not be charged. This is up to the provider's discretion. If you still have an issue, you can contact clientservices@gomassage.com.

How often do you think I should get a massage? |

It really depends on your body's needs. To obtain a good level of health, many people get massages anywhere from once a week to once a month. A good rule of thumb is once every two weeks.

Do I have to be a member of Go Massage if I'm booking an event? |

I'm having an office party. How many therapists should I have and how much will it cost? |
| |
That depends on quite a few factors.
1. How many employees do you think will actually be getting a massage.
2. Depending on what other activities will be going on at the event, does it matter how long the therapists are there or what time they arrive?
3. How long would you like each massage to be - 10 min., 15 min., 20 min.?
As an example, let's say the party is 3 hours and you assumed 45 of 60 employees will be getting a massage. We'd probably recommend:
*3 therapists - 3 hours (total 9 hours)
*10 minute massages. (Each therapist can do roughly 5 of these in 1 hour).
*9 Hours (5 massages an hour) would make it a grand total of 45 massages.
As for cost, it varies on the total number of hours you book. In this case, it's 9 hours so the rate would fall between $68 to $76/hr without gratuity - depending on your location state.

I have a small place. Do I have enough room for a massage? |

As for space, all you really need is about 9 ft. by 6ft. of open space. If there is small furniture like a coffee table, the therapist can help you move it when he/she arrives.

Do they bring over any kind of equipment? |

The provider brings over his/her table, clean linens, a portable CD player and music, oils and lotions, and a complimentary bottle of water if the massage is 90 minutes or more.
