NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION |
| |
Massage should not be construed as the substitute for medical examination or treatment and clients should see a physician, chiropractor or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment they are aware of. Clients should tell their provider all their known medical conditions BEFORE THEIR MASSAGE APPOINTMENT. Clients should also keep the provider updated as to any changes in their medical profile, and understand that there shall be no liability on the provider's part should they forget to do so.

THERAPEUTIC PURPOSES ONLY |

The providers listed on this website perform massages for therapeutic purposes only. It is understood that any inappropriate behavior such as excessive drinking, drug use, illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, or advances made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session, and client will be liable for payment for the "full" scheduled appointment. After the dispute is evaluated by Go Massage, and Go Massage determines that the client was at fault, the provider has the right to use Go Massage to process the client's credit card.

Go Massage is an online directory for people seeking massage therapy by certified professionals at a massage facility or at their home, office, hotel, or special event.
Go Massage is not personally affiliated with any of the massage providers listed on this website nor are we personally familiar with each one of their services. We do not support any illegal activities or practices and each provider is responsible for his or her own licensing, certifications and insurances, for whichever areas he or she provides these services, as required by law.
While Go Massage uses its best efforts to screen providers, Go Massage does not fully investigate the individuals who have listed themselves on this site nor does Go Massage evaluate the quality of their services.
While Go Massage monitors the reviews of the various individuals listed on this site, the listing of such individuals does not constitute an endorsement by Go Massage, of their competence, skill, honesty or character.
It is up to the client (and members of his/her household or workgroup) using this website to do a full screening of the massage provider(s) on the phone before the appointment time.
The client uses the services of any provider listed on this website at his/her own risk, and Go Massage will not be liable for any injury or loss suffered by the client due to the negligence or deliberate misconduct, illegal or otherwise (including criminal conduct) of individuals listed on this website.
By being a member, client agrees to only contact the provider about obtaining a therapeutic massage.
By being a member, client understands that his/her credit card may be charged for massage appointments. In the case of mobile providers, the client signs a purchase form for the appointment. The provider then logs in to his/her account and bills the appointment to that particular client. While the mobile provider never sees the credit card number of the client, the client's email address will be needed for proper billing.
If a client is on a monthly program (autorenew), he/she can cancel at anytime. Simply give Go Massage a call. Client will be billed up to the end of that current billing period. If client has a 6 month or 1 year membership, he/she will not receive any funds back if the membership is cancelled.
If a client makes an appointment request through the website, he/she understands that there may not be a suitable provider in his/her area. Client also understands that if a message is left for a provider that a provider may not return the call or email.
If client has chosen a VIP Silver or Gold Membership, they are not entitled to any refunds. However, they may use the remaining hours as gift certificates.
If client is under the age of 16, an adult must be present somewhere in the same location at all times during the massage.
Client agrees that posting any bad language or offensive remarks in his/her reviews of providers or Go Massage in general will result in the termination of his/her membership.
Any client feedback or reviews of therapists, etc. that are submitted to Go Massage by clients or potential clients via web forms or email may be used in publicity material such as website promotions, brochures, newsletters, or other publications.
Client agrees to post no more than two ratings (one more massage quality and one for massage reliability) per provider on the website.
Using any specials more than once per client is against Go Massage Policies and may result in the termination of a client's membership.
All financial transactions regarding massage appointments are between the client and the provider. However, Go Massage is used as a credit card processing service.

CLIENT DISPUTES WITH PROVIDERS |

Any disputes between client and provider have nothing to do with Go Massage. However, client is free to post a negative review of that provider on the Go Massage website if he or she is unhappy with the service provided. Provider can also post a rebuttle to that review.
If, for some reason, the provider does not show up to said appt. or is extremely late, Go Massage cannot take any responsibility for that and cannot offer any refunds for its membership fees.
Providers on our network also reserve the right to refuse giving a massage to a client after speaking with them on the phone before the appointment (as long as they do not commit to the appointment). Providers can also refuse giving a massage after meeting the client in person before the massage is to begin.

SCREENING PROCESS OF PROVIDERS |

There are some things the client can do to assist in the selecting a competent, professional individual for services:
- Use the Go Massage Concierge Service and have Go Massage book the appointment for you.
- Have a phone conversation prior to any session asking them about their work, their training & certification.
- Be specific about the massage flavor (modality) that he/she desires.
- Notify a friend or family member of his/her appointment with any massage provider giving them the provider's name, phone number, address, etc..
While following these suggestions will not guarantee that you will receive the competent and professional service you expect and deserve, these suggestions, combined with common sense may help you in getting the most out of your massage experience.

APPOINTMENTS - PAYMENT TYPE |

Clients can pay for appointments for cash or credit card. If paying by credit card and the provider is a mobile provider, client understands that the card will be processed through Go Massage.

APPOINTMENTS - GRATUITY |
| |
Rates for providers using Go Massage do not include gratuity.
|

APPOINTMENTS - REFUNDS |
| |
Go Massage does not offer any refunds however you can request a refund from the individual provider.
|

APPOINTMENTS - CANCELLATION |
| |
Clients using Go Massage have a 12 hour per provider cancellation policy. That means if the client books 3 providers, he/she needs to give them each 12 hours notice for cancellation. If providers do not receive a notice, then the client can be charged the full amount of the appointment if the provider(s) reports the incident to Go Massage. If the client books the appointment from 12 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment, there is no cancellation, and he/she will be charged the full amount of the appointment if the provider reports the incident to Go Massage.
For Event Appointments (Spa Parties, Corporate Massage, etc.), Go Massage requires a 24 hour notice per provider for cancellation. Failure to give this notice will result in being charged the full amount of the appointment.

APPOINTMENTS - RESCHEDULING |

For regular appointments (see definition in table above), the rescheduling of appointments is between the provider and the client. However, if the client does not give 12 hours notice prior to rescheduling, the provider does have the right (if he, she chooses) to charge the client for the full appointment.
For concierge appointments, there is a one time $15.00 fee charged to the client if the client reschedules the appointment.
For event appointments, the fee will vary depending on the circumstance. |

APPOINTMENTS - LATENESS |

CLIENTS: Clients have a 15 minute grace period for their massage. If he/she arrives at said location within 15 minutes of the appointed time, there will be no additional charges. Anything beyond 15 minutes will be taken off the time of the massage.
PROVIDERS: Mobile massage providers have a 30 minute grace period on their arrival time. If they are late beyond 30 minutes, mobile massage providers must grant client 25% off his or her massage. This is something to be worked out with the massage providers individually. There is no lateness grace period for massage facilities. Massage facilities should work this out with the client individually.

APPOINTMENTS - NO SHOWS |

CLIENTS: If the massage provider shows up at the location, and the client is not there within 15 minutes of the specified time, then the massage does not have to be performed, and the massage provider has the right to charge the client in FULL using the credit card on file with Go Massage.
MASSAGE PROVIDERS: If the massage provider(s) does not show up at all (or beyond 45 minutes after the appointment time), client does not have to accept the massage, and there is no payment required.

APPOINTMENTS - MASSAGE DURATION / RATE |

Client agrees to pay the posted rate of the provider which was listed on the website at the time the appointment was booked. A 60 minute massage time includes dressing and undressing but it does not include travel time, setting up the table, or putting away the table. The actual hands on time will be approximately 55 minutes. For mobile appointments, clients should make sure they have a room that is cleared for the table before the provider arrives.

APPOINTMENTS - PARKING POLICY |

If there are any parking charges (usually at a hotel or office), then that amount must be re-imbursed to the provider.

APPOINTMENTS - TRAVEL POLICY |
| |
MOBILE APPTS. ONLY - If there are no massage providers available within a 25 mile radius of your location, but the client is still interested in booking a massage, an extra $15.00 travel fee to the massage provider may apply. This is something to be discussed with the massage provider ahead of time.

APPOINTMENTS - SPECIALIZED MODALITY / AROMATHERAPY POLICY |

MOBILE APPTS. ONLY - - For deluxe massages (Shiatsu, Pregnancy, Lomilomi, Reiki, Reflexology, Manual Lymph Drainage), I agree to pay an additional $10/hr. more than the standard rate. For Stone Massages, client agrees to pay $20/hr. more. If provider brings aromatherapy or a candle, he/she can charge an extra $10.00/person.

APPOINTMENTS - PROVIDER / CLIENT MISCONDUCT |

If reports come back from client that there was provider misconduct, Go Massage has the right at its sole discretion to take provider's profile off the website.
If reports come back from provider that there was client misconduct, Go Massage has the right at its sole discretion to immediately suspend that client's membership.
Some examples of misconduct include: no shows, extreme lateness, poor massage practices, and unethical behavior. If a provider profile is deleted or a client is dismissed from the website for misconduct, all future billings will be suspended after the end of that current billing cycle.

FINAL AGREEMENT |

By using this site, client and his/her party are acknowledging that they are at least 18 years of age and understand the risks described above.
Client understands that the arrangement he/she may make with a massage provider listed on Go Massage is a private arrangement between him/herself (and his/her party) and the massage provider involved ONLY, and that Go Massage cannot and will not be liable for any body (or property) injury or loss occasioned by the negligent or intentional conduct of any individual listed on this site.
Clients agree that Go Massage, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate their account or otherwise terminate their access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Go Massage believes that they have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms & Conditions. Further, clients agree that Go Massage shall not be liable to them or any third-party for any termination of my access to the Service.
Go Massage reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Clients understand it is their responsibility to keep up to date on them. If client disagrees with any new terms, client can cancel at any time, and if clients don't obide by them, Go Massage has the right to suspend their membership.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GO MASSAGE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF THE GO MASSAGE SITE OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE GO MASSAGE SITE OR THE SERVICE, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE GO MASSAGE SITE OR THE SERVICE, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE GO MASSAGE SITE OR THE SERVICE. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GO MASSAGE SITE OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE GO MASSAGE SITE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GO MASSAGE SITE OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE GO MASSAGE SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Go Massage, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content clients submit, post or make available through the service, clients' use of the Service, clients' violation of the Terms and Conditions, clients' breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or clients' violation of any rights of another.
Client agrees to ALL of these terms and conditions, and client understands that they apply to all services performed by Go Massage.

Lastly, to have the best experience with Go Massage, we encourage clients to turn all
phone ringers off, put their pets in a separate room, and let others in their location know that
they are receiving a massage in order
to avoid interruptions.
